About the Job

We are looking for a talented Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Exela Technologies. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in-person to respond to their queries and resolve issues.
  • Mail Processing: Process and sort mail and packages to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that mail and packages are processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
