Job DescriptionMadison Honda is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Business Development Representative to join their Internet Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and performing long-term follow-up on unsold customers. Your goal will be to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in person)
  • Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
  • Disclose terms of sales with consumers and review sales with dealership management

RequirementsSuccessful BDC/Internet sales professionals will possess strong customer service skills, be a hard-working professional with strong oral and written communication skills. Previous dealership customer service experience is preferred but not required. Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience is a plus. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. You must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills, and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads. Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills are essential.
