Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Composites One. This is a full-time position responsible for providing first-level support for PCs, RF Scanners, Printer Maintenance, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware and Software Support: Deliver first-level support for hardware, software, and phone-related issues via the Help Desk.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and update the ticketing system in real-time to ensure efficient service request tracking.
  • Desktop and Server Support: Provide desktop, printer, server and phone support, including hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Cordination with Third-Party Providers: Coordinate with 3rd party service providers for resolving advanced technical issues.
  • Asset Tracking and Microsoft 365 Support: Track and manage IT assets and support Microsoft 365 environments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or help desk support.
  • Microsoft Environment Administration: Experience with administering Microsoft environment including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra (AzureAD), and Microsoft Intune.
  • Operating System Proficiency: Proficiency in supporting PC operating systems, especially Windows 10/11.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective interaction with non-technical users.
