Overview:

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Management Consultant to join our dedicated team in Northern, VA. This role is pivotal in providing strategic guidance and leadership to our client's Program Executive Office (PEO), ensuring effective productization and a comprehensive reengineering process that supports robust acquisition methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Program Management and Acquisition support for the team.

• Manage deliverables at the program level, facilitating solutions across various business lines and functional stakeholders.

  • Guide the team in adopting a standardized approach by effectively connecting established workstreams.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures that utilize best practices for program management and acquisition support, ensuring alignment with pre and post-award activities.
  • Deliver comprehensive acquisition support services for all CIO stakeholders, including analysis for Pre-Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) and post-award evaluations.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement to align the Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPB&E) cycle with PALT timelines and agency obligation objectives.
  • Facilitate and support various program and acquisition review boards, working groups, and Technical Evaluation Meetings (TEMS).
  • Utilize critical thinking and program management expertise to implement acquisition strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of acquisition plans and manage overall program office acquisition functions, including program control and tracking.
  • Drive enhancements to the acquisition processes within the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
  • Develop agile transformation tools and processes to effectively manage activities using agile methodologies.

• Support stakeholder engagement by identifying and addressing business needs, negotiating solutions, and prioritizing agile tasks.

• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Educate and assist stakeholders and pilot programs throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Support the PEO's mission by providing both tactical and strategic assistance for Corporate Communications requirements.

Task Order Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute all daily mission performance and deliverables associated with the Task Order.

• Responsible for the management of employee-related tasks, including timekeeping and communication with various departments.

• Serve as a communication link between Government Points of Contact (GPOCs) and the Program Director.

• Coordinate all contractual actions with the Program Director for necessary approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Active/current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Polygraph.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in management consulting.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree is preferred, especially with advanced training in DoD/IC Acquisition or management consulting.
  • DAWIA Level I, II, III, and/or PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, teams, and leadership.
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community (IC), IC Information Technology Environment (ITE), DoD, and DIA acquisition frameworks.
  • Experience in Program/Project Management and in Marketing and Strategic Communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR Supplements (DFARs), and/or DoD Acquisition 5000 Series and ICD 801.

Organizational Responsibility:

  • Primary duties involve managing work directly related to the organization's operations.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Regularly directs the work of full-time team members in support of client projects.

Supervisor: Program Director

  • Operates independently while following general plans and policies. Work results are deemed technically authoritative and accepted without significant alteration.

Level of Supervision Required:

The supervisor sets overall objectives and available resources. The employee is responsible for planning and executing assignments, resolving conflicts, coordinating work with others, and interpreting policies independently.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be necessary within the Washington National Capital Region.

Work Environment:

  • This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
  • Regular communication within a team environment is essential.
  • Ability to perform tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods and to move between different positions frequently.
  • This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week on-site, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

Salary Range: $150k - $190k
