Job Description

**Business Process Analyst Position**

Service Coordination, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Document and analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, customer experience, and team member experience.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes.
  • Monitor the implementation of new processes and adjust as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.

**Physical Demands:**

The Business Process Analyst will work in a standard office environment and will be required to remain in a stationary position for more than 95% of the time. The position will involve operating a computer, keyboard, and mouse, and other office productivity machinery.
