The Midtown Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join their team in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, systems, and user needs, including documenting process flows, requirements, and supporting the development of systems to align with business process re-engineering.

The Business Process Analyst will work closely with business users and technology teams to design and document processes, and contribute to the solution architecture. They will also be responsible for documenting the As-Is business processes and process flows, developing formal documentation for the To-be business processes, process flows, and requirements, and supporting the development team with review and testing of use cases.

The successful candidate will have a technology background, experience with re-engineering of complex business processes, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also have knowledge of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and familiarity with FERPA requirements, as well as experience with data intense software development, requirements gathering and documentation, managing client relationships, business process analysis, and project management software.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, and be certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). They will also have experience working with MS Office, Vizio, Smartsheets, TFS, GitLab, or Jira, and be able to contribute to the solution architecture.
