Senior Business Process Analyst

The Senior Business Process Analyst will assist with the establishment of staffing & business process standards for a large engineering program. This role will support execution of day-to-day program execution activities, including coordinating business rhythms, vendor meetings, cross-team activities, and program increment planning events.

The Senior Business Process Analyst will also support internal and on-site actions for DigiFlight, Inc. employees and subcontractors, including onboarding, off-boarding, daily ad hoc requirements, and security processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides support in budget, billing, reporting, and financial management for IT initiatives
  • Provides expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts
  • Tracks and maintains schedules
  • Reinforces security procedures and policies
  • Verifies facility accesses and incident reports
  • Submits and tracks account requests and status
  • Establishes and maintains procedures, policies, standards of operation for program-wide business processes
  • Facilitates cross-team collaboration
  • Collects and analyzes data in support of program, contract, and customer metrics and data calls
  • Leads general operations management in support of unclassified and classified environments

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with customer systems and databases
  • Extensive experience with SharePoint, Outlook, and MS Office Suite of tools
  • Ability to thrive working independently as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to quick-turn deadlines and multi-tasking requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • MA/MS degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience
  • BS/BA degree and a minimum of 20 years of total experience
  • US Citizenship
