Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Quality Overhead Door. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office runs efficiently and that every visitor and caller receives top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assisting with front desk duties, including greeting, and communicating with customers.
  • Handling day-to-day office tasks and administrative duties.
  • Floating to different departments as needed to support operations.
  • Learning and performing all tasks associated with office administration to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in front desk or office administration (Required).
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in general office software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
