Business Development Strategist for Commercial Growth

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned commercial strategist to leverage their expertise in developing and implementing successful business strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a range of benefits that support your professional development and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive business growth
- Analyze market research and competitor data to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and negotiate contracts
- Track the effectiveness of commercial strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain strong knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Distribution, or Supply Chain Management
- Strong contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, and Spotfire systems
