Job Description:

Pridestaff Financial is seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Administrator to join their growing team. This role plays a vital part in the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring the smooth functioning of financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily accounting tasks, including data filtering and transaction processing.
  • Maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Reconciling entries to balance accounts.
  • Processing month-end and year-end activities, including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, check runs, and debt activity.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
  • Advanced level in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
