Position Summary:

We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Program Manager to spearhead a vital project within our organization. The selected candidate will exhibit outstanding managerial skills in coordinating, strategizing, directing, and supervising contractor personnel. The main objective will be to guarantee that all targets and goals specified in the task order are effectively met. This position demands comprehensive management, guidance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership to successfully fulfill the requirements of the task order.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of PMP certification and/or DAIWA III or DHS Program Manager Level III Certification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in acquisition program management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing, strategizing, directing, and managing contractor personnel.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to consult effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing tools to enhance program management functions.
  • Experience with US Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection is essential for this role.
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred.
  • Experience in acquisition governance and oversight (AGO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, strategize, direct, and manage contractor personnel to achieve task order objectives.
  • Provide management, guidance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for task order execution.
  • Lead the identification, selection, and implementation of tools to support Program Management functions.
  • Offer team leadership and guidance essential for the successful delivery of the program.
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive program management vision and strategy.
  • Consult with senior management as necessary to support daily operations.

Experience Required:

  • Acquisition program management: 10 years (Required)
