About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at Envoy Air Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
