Job Overview

Position Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Sunny Side Debt Solutions LLC is in search of a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering essential administrative assistance and managing processing responsibilities to facilitate efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing phone communications, handling email correspondence, and organizing schedules.
  • Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing documents, which involves sorting mail, scanning files, and maintaining organized records.
  • Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of records and databases, keeping information current and well-organized.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee the timely execution of tasks and projects.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Manage basic financial tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned to enhance the overall efficiency of the office.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all assignments.
