Key Responsibilities
- Creation of Investigation Papers (IPs) in our computerized system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Uploading of footages to our computerized system and providing an initial assessment, utilizing your analytical skills to identify key information.
- Creation of Notice of Offence (NTO)/ Warning letter/ Advisory letter/ Outcome letter in our computerized system, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Filing off digital IPs in our computerized system, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of at least 3 GCE O level passes (including English).
- Basic computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times for all documents handled and information received during the course of work.
