Job Overview

At Paul Logistics, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our Logistics Division. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Oversight: Manage client accounts, overseeing all aspects of logistics and shipments, ensuring a streamlined coordination process, timely order tracking, and seamless communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Generation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that boost revenue growth through the broker partner network, analyzing market trends and competition to identify revenue maximization opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the overall customer experience within the broker partner network, proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Negotiation Skills: Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients, leading negotiations and contract discussions with broker partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Performance Analysis: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the broker partner network, analyzing data to pinpoint areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer support, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
