Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management (Apparel industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Netsuite highly preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while coaching, teaching, and mentoring your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain and logistics industry trends and best practices.
