Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, you will work under the guidance of the Sales Manager to deliver exceptional service to every customer, regardless of their purchasing decision. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring a reliable and responsible work ethic, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Remaining active on the showroom floor to assist customers and complete sales transactions accurately.
  • Communicating effectively with management regarding customer service inquiries and issues.

Compensation:

During the training period, you will earn $20 per hour. Post-training, your compensation will be either $20 per hour or commission, whichever is higher, for the initial 60 days. Following this period, compensation will transition to a commission-based structure.

Average Earnings: $80,000 - $110,000

Examples of Duties:

Sales Associates are responsible for:

  • Promoting and selling merchandise displayed on the showroom floor.
  • Interacting with both internal and external customers to fulfill their needs.
  • Following up on customer orders and inquiries.
  • Resolving merchandise-related issues in collaboration with customer service and warehouse teams.
  • Gathering customer preferences to provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Staying informed about new products, policies, and promotional activities.

Employment Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • The ability to lift items weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills with team members and customers.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves various physical activities, including:

  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, and walking.
  • Lifting and moving objects, occasionally up to 40 lbs.

Work Environment:

The role is performed in a climate-controlled indoor setting.
