Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist - Manufacturing Sector at Ample, you will thrive in engaging with new individuals regularly and possess the ability to assess a candidate's potential through insightful questions and intuition. Your organizational and time management skills will be exemplary. You will communicate in a polished, professional, and enthusiastic manner, both in writing and verbally. Your responsibilities will include building relationships, promoting the company narrative, and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates. Ideally, you have prior experience in similar roles. You are results-driven and work with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for manufacturing and operations roles (e.g., Manufacturing & Assembly Technicians, Field Operations and Service Representatives).
  • Conduct initial interviews via phone or in-person and coordinate subsequent interviews with relevant team members.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing and evaluating candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback to finalizing offers with suitable candidates.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates and liaise with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for manufacturing or production roles.
  • Ability to work independently and devise creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with job-posting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Airtable is a plus.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for recruitment and Ample's mission.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; prior startup experience is preferred.
