Position Overview
We are in search of a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused Regional Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing partnerships within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue potential sales leads and new clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial qualification to final approval.
• Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls and emails to prospective customers, arranging both in-person and virtual sales meetings, and diligently following up on inquiries.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts, implementing strategies to increase revenue and ensure a superior partner experience.
• Travel within your assigned region to meet clients face-to-face and attend industry trade shows to generate new leads and connect with current customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Propose targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach specific demographics or regions.
• Generate and present sales reports to management, monitoring competitor activities and suggesting program enhancements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure partner success and compliance with PosiGen’s standards.
• Forecast sales trends within your territory and report findings to leadership.
• Utilize data and insights to enhance partner experiences and improve performance metrics.

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a business-to-business sales role, with a proven track record in cold calling and lead qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in the residential solar sector is required.
• Experience in supporting or selling solar financing options is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and access to clean energy is essential.
• Willingness to travel within designated states is necessary.
