Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Digital Analyst with a background in data, business marketing, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a creative environment where collaboration, client service, intelligence, and humor are essential. You will work with a national client base in various industries, providing keen insights based on data analysis to help brands improve their online business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage new and recurring client reports in a hybrid of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Process and leverage client's Adobe Analytics instance to create ad hoc, recurring, and deep-dive reporting.
  • Support data collection requirement documentation and measurement planning, including UAT validation and troubleshooting tracking issues using web browser debugging tools.
  • Analyze and create insightful analysis that tells the story through data, auditing client data and developing, maintaining, and improving documentation for common team processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams on reporting and analysis requests, as well as with clients on test & learn projects, including A/B and multivariate testing.

  • All-around talent, with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience reporting and analyzing digital marketing efforts, a minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with site analytics raw data (Adobe Analytics).
  • A deep understanding of Adobe Analytics, including data collection and validation familiarity, with certification preferred but not required.
  • Consulting experience is a plus, though not required, with a strong understanding of the concepts, terminology, and measurement issues in Web/Digital Analytics.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A quantitative-related degree (e.g., science, engineering, finance, statistics, or related field) or strong quantitative training is a plus.
