Job Summary

The Major Account Specialist plays a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for Alsco Uniforms. This position involves soliciting and selling our services to national, multi-regional, and regional prospective accounts, with a focus on team selling and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals, working closely with the National Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify and solicit target prospects within the region, staying in compliance with Alsco's policies and procedures.
  • Attend trade shows and marketing events, preparing routine and special reports as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Participate in initial and special training as assigned, demonstrating a proven ability to multi-task and take ownership of projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in marketing to large clients on a local and national basis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to effectively relate to all levels of employees and work within a team environment.
