Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

Tustin Toyota seeks a highly skilled sales professional who can provide exceptional customer service and drive sales results. As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating our vehicles, helping customers select the right model, and negotiating sales agreements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, and be able to meet sales targets. You should be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be able to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining their features and benefits, and taking customers on test drives.
- Help customers select the right vehicle by providing guidance on model options, features, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales agreements and explain our warranties, services, and finance options.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates, features, and promotions to provide customers with the best possible experience.
- Ensure seamless delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
- Leverage objection-handling techniques to overcome customer objections and close sales.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and meet sales targets.
- Maintain high CSI scores by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed about all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Negotiate sale closures in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion.
- Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers.
- Provide sales management information by completing required reports.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- 1+ year's experience in automotive sales is preferred but willing to train.
- Previous sales or customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.
- Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
- Able to multitask.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills, including the ability to smile.
- Must be able to develop relationships with vendors.
- Must be able to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Must have confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Must strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-starter and self-motivator.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Toyota experience is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
