As a Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Concierge), you will be an integral part of our Medical Concierge Team. Your role will involve providing knowledgeable assistance to clients, guiding them through their wellness journeys, and addressing inquiries related to care plans as recommended by the Nurse Practitioner.

Qualifications:

  • AA/AS degree preferred
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology is strongly preferred
  • At least one year of experience in medical record management
  • A minimum of one year in patient scheduling and follow-up
  • At least one year of administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor hormone and executive wellness packages
  2. Provide administrative support to the Nurse Practitioner, including scheduling and meeting arrangements
  3. Coordinate In-Body and Visia appointment scheduling
  4. Manage lab results and printing
  5. Oversee patient scheduling for various services
  6. Maintain organized medical supplies and manage inventory needs
  7. Possess expert knowledge of wellness testing and Next Health services
  8. Conduct follow-ups with patients who are due for repeat testing
