Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Assistant II to join our team in Los Angeles, CA 90056.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Assess client program eligibility and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Answer incoming calls from the Family Services Calling Queue and respond to client inquiries.
  • Participate in community outreach to increase enrollment of families for services.
  • Update agency databases and logs with client eligibility information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with parents receiving subsidized child care or social support services.
  • High School diploma required; Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred.
  • Requires knowledge and competency on Microsoft Office and other database applications.
  • Must have some knowledge of County, State and Federal program requirements for DPSS and Alternative Payment child care subsidy programs.
