About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Resources Coordinator II to join our team at Catholic Charities of LA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to clients who are facing difficult circumstances.

As a Client Resources Coordinator II, you will assess client needs, develop care plans, and coordinate delivery of services. You will also serve as an advocate for clients with government agencies and other organizations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to identify areas for support and develop effective care plans.
  • Service Coordination: Work closely with clients to ensure they receive comprehensive support, including referrals for financial assistance, counseling, and advocacy.
  • Government Agency Liaison: Serve as an advocate for clients with government agencies and other organizations to secure public assistance and benefits.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
