Role Summary: We are in search of a Patient Appointment Coordinator to become a part of our dedicated team. The successful candidate will possess scheduling expertise and a fundamental understanding of health insurance processes.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage appointment scheduling via telephone.
  • Process referrals from healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct data entry tasks, including chart creation from received referrals.
  • Send out new patient documentation through email or postal service.
  • Gather and confirm insurance details.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in scheduling roles.
  • Basic familiarity with health insurance is advantageous.
  • Experience with Phreesia software is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

  • Parking: On-site parking is available.
  • Dress Code: Business Casual attire is expected.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
