About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Sales Leader to join our Health Solutions team at Aon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing sales strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve market growth targets
  • Lead sales activities for a defined geography and develop a sales-focused culture across the office/market
  • Identify and recruit top production talent in the market and coach, mentor, and assist colleagues in achieving their personal and overall market goals
  • Channel management strategy, execution, and coaching to encompass Health new and expanded sales from sales channels such as Health and Risk Account Executives (AEs), Health and Risk Producers, Strategic AEs, Innovation and Integrated Solution Leaders, Human Capital, etc.
  • Coordination and execution of marketing events and sales follow-up action plans, in close collaboration with marketing personnel
  • Administration of Health Sales Operations, including sales goal setting and allocation, pipeline analysis and reporting, revenue recognition, new business forecasting, and pipeline management
Requirements
  • 10+ years of health and benefit sales, consulting, and/or sales leadership experience
  • Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
  • Prior experience managing direct reports
