• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, and resolve guest complaints.
Requirements:
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or guest services experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency with computers and experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.
• Some college education is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
