Part Time Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent at Domain Sunnyvale, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling their accounts. Your primary duties will include making and modifying reservations, operating the hotel switchboard, and providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, provide information about hotel services and facilities, and handle guest inquiries and requests.
- Front Desk Operations: Register guests, make and modify reservations, and operate the hotel switchboard.
- Communication: Establish and maintain good communication with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary to provide excellent guest service.
- Technology: Familiarize yourself with the Front Desk computer system and use it to efficiently handle guest requests and transactions.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other associates to ensure seamless guest service and hotel operations.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience: Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive Pay: Starting hourly rate of $16.00, with opportunities for advancement and increased compensation.
