Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to join our team at Peterson Consulting Group, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile projects in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of complex construction projects, including rail facilities, rail maintenance, heavy highway, and heavy civil projects.
  • Manage a team of project engineers and field management, as well as subcontractors and owner representatives.
  • Oversee project setup, cost control, scheduling, and full profit and loss responsibility.
  • Conduct risk analysis, ensure safety protocols are in place, and provide complete project oversight.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in rail, heavy highway, and heavy civil construction.
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
  • Experience managing self-perform forces in rail, mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and structures.
  • Exposure to railroad construction management is a plus.
  • Experience with CPM scheduling in Primavera P6 is a plus.
