Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team at 24 Hour Fitness. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
- BUILD strong relationships with current and potential members to understand their fitness goals and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and improve overall member experience.
You'll Spend Your Days:
- Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
- Be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
