Business Development Associate

The AMP Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Client Service team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and promoting access to community-based clean energy sources.
The estimated annual compensation for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on your level of experience and location.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance the consumer experience, increase revenue, and maintain brand awareness.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and quality control teams to achieve business objectives and track performance standards.
- Support promotional material optimization by attending client meetings to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in collaborative sales presentations to educate customers about exclusive promotions and product benefits.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing role.
