Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture referral partnerships.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets by engaging with influential networks and identifying potential clients seeking mortgage solutions.
  • Effectively communicate mortgage options, procedures, and guidelines to prospective borrowers.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor mortgage loans that align with their financial needs.
  • Participate in strategic projects, assisting management in developing sales strategies to enhance loan production and profitability.
  • Represent Bethpage Federal Credit Union at networking functions, coordinating with business development to foster connections within the corporate and charitable sectors.
  • Adhere to all regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) as they relate to this position.
