About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance- District 53.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in our agency office Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30, to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Cross-sell established clients through our Farmers Friendly Review process to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Prepare and present quotes to sell and close new policies daily, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond promptly to alerts, service emails, and calls to the Agency, providing timely and accurate information to clients.
  • Make daily outbound follow-up calls to prospects and leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Possess a General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License.
  • Have prior experience in insurance sales or service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Be able to cross-sell customers auto, home, and umbrella products, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate customers about insurance options, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
