Omnichannel Strategy Development Manager

About the Role
The Sr. Manager/Director, Omnichannel is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing our omnichannel strategy to drive sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with top omnichannel customers and sales teams to maximize sales and share of their omnichannel businesses.
- Accountability for working alongside sales to develop and execute omnichannel account plans.
- Benchmark DSMPs to derive insights and proactively address issues and identify opportunities.
- Ensure omnichannel customer point of view is integrated cross-functionally and across sales teams.
- Help build a playbook on how and where to invest in fulfillment modalities to deliver total retailer sales and category objectives.
- Work with eCom supply chain fulfillment alternatives (D2C, Concierge, BOPIS, eCom Parcel).
- Engage with key customers to influence eCommerce strategies.
- Disseminate eCommerce training, development, and deployment materials across org & team.
Requirements
- Principled Entrepreneurship - Initiative to get hands dirty & do business recommendations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, data-based decision making.
- Resilience in dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem solver - ability to identify obstacles, implement quick work-around solutions, and invent and simplify tasks.
- Curious, self-starter able to operate with speed and flexibility.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with at least one of the following: IRI, Renvue, Bazaarvoice, customer platform/ data, Syndigo or CIQ.
Compensation and Benefits
We anticipate paying $120,000 to $160,000, eligible for Sales Incentive Plan. Our benefits plan includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, ADD, disability, retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance, infertility assistance, paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
