Job Description
  • Lead the management team to achieve sales, cost, hospitality, and employee morale objectives.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: Up to $70,000 per year.
  • Bonus potential based on performance.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Full Service concept.
  • High-volume background with Restaurant General Manager experience in establishments doing over $2 million in sales per year.
  • Ability to increase sales and build relationships with the community.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on hiring, training, and development of hourly employees.
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.).
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
