Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all office tasks, including customer calls, job monitoring, compliance tasks, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, gather information, and transfer calls accordingly
  • Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Monitor and ensure vendor requirements are being followed
  • Maintain employee documentation, new hire orientations, on-boarding and off-boarding checklists
Requirements
  • Focus on personal development, team building, and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail, aptitude for multitasking, and calm under pressure
  • Ensure clear communication with entire staff, ability to manage relationships
  • Aptitude with record keeping, easily accessing information, and communication
  • Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
Compensation

$25.00 per hour
