IT Manager

RBW is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Industry 4.0 efforts, you will be responsible for delivering a complete set of IT services and support to our organization.

• IT Service Delivery: Provide hardware and device troubleshooting, networking and infrastructure support, SaaS and cloud services support, and end-user support in-person and remotely.
• Network and Infrastructure Management: Support our existing network and infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Self-Service Guides: Create and maintain self-service guides for all team members, ensuring they are updated and revised as needed.
• IT Support Requests: Monitor and support internal IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Facilities Support: Provide regular technical support in our facilities, including computer, printer, and WiFi connection maintenance.
• Platform Optimization: Partner with various teams to identify areas for opportunity in optimizing and streamlining platforms.
• On-Boarding and Off-Boarding: Partner with the People team to streamline on-boarding and off-boarding processes, software licensing, and access to systems.
• Vendor Management: Perform vendor evaluations for new services and manage ongoing costs and SLAs with vendors.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices and enhancements across the organization.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years working in a fast-paced IT environment, including help desk experience, +2 years in a management or lead role.
• Skills: Proficiency in managing computer systems, networks, IT security, and troubleshooting; excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Personal Qualities: High level of attention to detail and accuracy; high level of engagement; flexible in approach; excellent communication skills.
