Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

The Children's Home of Kingston is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our agency is in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the agency's compliance with federal and state regulations, including OCFS, NYSED, and ORR.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the agency's operations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Program Development, Human Services, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
