Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst specializing in Information Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in systems, applications, and business processes to facilitate communication and coordination between Information Services (IS) and assigned business functional areas. Collaborate with business leaders to define and enhance processes, metrics, and performance standards. Gather requirements and develop proposals for system enhancements, ensuring innovative solutions to complex challenges. Manage small to large-scale IS development projects and participate in major project teams, ensuring quality delivery through thorough testing and documentation.

Primary Duties
  • Provide support to internal customers and systems within order services and marketing groups.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all phases of the delivery lifecycle, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
  • Conduct Unit, Quality, and Regression testing to verify that system changes meet specified requirements.
  • Communicate the impacts of business process changes prior to implementation.
  • Adhere to the Haworth Change Management process for documentation and communication of production changes.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for business users.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to meet Service Level Commitments (SLCs).
  • Support the escalation process for business support issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Services or systems development, with a successful track record in project participation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for technology conferences.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work on-site daily.
  • Availability for on-call duties once a month.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA.
  • Experience using a ticketing system.
