As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and supporting the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
