Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
