We are seeking a skilled FMLA and ADA Compliance Manager to join our team at Superior Staffing Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all employment laws and maintaining accurate records.

About the Job

This FMLA/ADA Coordinator position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of employment laws. As a key member of our team, you will communicate effectively with employees and ensure compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ADA and FMLA. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate employee requests for leave and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding leaves of absence and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on ADA and FMLA.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
