We are seeking a highly skilled FMLA/ADA Coordinator to join our team at Superior Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FMLA and ADA regulations, providing support to employees on leave, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with employees regarding intermittent leaves, non-FMLA leaves of absence, and personal leaves
  • Ensure colleagues are aware of their responsibilities and documentation requirements for leaves
  • Maintain knowledge of all relevant regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and state and local laws
  • Perform all work in compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of HR experience related to ADA and FMLA
  • Experience supporting a large client base

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
