Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Massage Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Compensation: Enjoy competitive pay with commission opportunities ranging from 37% to 42% based on our 2023 service menu, along with an additional 10% commission on retail sales. Average earnings range from $59 to $75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

The Spa Massage Specialist will:

  • Deliver exceptional body treatments and massages to guests.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest standards of service and maintain AAA Four Diamond standards.
  • Promote a culture of honesty, enthusiasm, integrity, accountability, and a passion for service.
  • Provide timely and professional service for each appointment.
  • Maintain knowledge of all services and products, while educating guests.
  • Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as per regulations.
  • Actively promote spa services and retail products.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid massage therapy license in Washington.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or possess a valid work permit.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to perform various physical tasks as required.
