Job Overview

The Cosmetic Physician Partners is a premier facility dedicated to facial aesthetics, offering a comprehensive range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Aesthetician who thrives in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality skincare services and treatments
  • Assisting Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons during pre-operative and post-operative consultations
  • Managing appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service
  • Greeting clients warmly and guiding them throughout their treatment experience
  • Conducting thorough client interviews to assess treatment suitability and contraindications
  • Providing expert advice on skincare and recommending appropriate treatments and home care solutions
  • Engaging clients in meaningful conversations during treatments to enhance their experience
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively promote spa services and retail items
  • Following strict protocols for chemical usage and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
Qualifications
  • Valid Esthetician License in Washington
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with a demonstrated ability to build a loyal client base
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to follow-through
  • Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is advantageous
  • Proficient in conducting consultations and promoting skincare products and services
  • Hands-on experience with cosmetic lasers, light-based therapies, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting is preferred
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships and expand your clientele
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient service
  • Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, including some evenings
