The Cosmetic Physician Partners is a premier facility specializing in facial plastic surgery and aesthetic services, offering a comprehensive range of both surgical and non-invasive treatments.

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Aesthetician who is personable, client-focused, and self-motivated, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Administering a variety of skincare treatments
• Assisting Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons during pre-operative and post-operative assessments
• Managing appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service
• Greeting clients warmly, guiding them to treatment areas, and expressing gratitude upon their departure
• Conducting client interviews to gather information on contraindications and assessing skin conditions to determine treatment suitability
• Providing expert advice on skincare and recommending appropriate treatments and home care products
• Engaging clients in meaningful conversations during sessions, focusing on their interests
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to effectively promote and sell spa services and retail items
• Following esthetic protocols regarding chemical applications, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment

• Valid Washington Esthetician License
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with a demonstrated ability to build a loyal client base
• Strong communication skills and commitment to follow-through
• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is advantageous
• Proficient in conducting consultations, promoting services and skincare products, and closing sales
• Hands-on experience with cosmetic lasers, light therapies, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting
• Ability to cultivate client relationships and expand your client practice
• Proven dedication to exceptional patient service
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, including some evening hours
