The Cosmetic Physician Partners is a premier, dynamic full-service aesthetic practice that offers a comprehensive range of cosmetic and reconstructive services, including both surgical and non-invasive treatments.
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Aesthetic Specialist who is personable, client-focused, and self-motivated, with the capability to thrive in a high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering skin care therapies
- Assisting Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons during pre-operative and post-operative evaluations
- Managing appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service
- Greeting clients warmly, guiding them to treatment areas, and expressing gratitude upon their departure
- Conducting client interviews to gather information on contraindications and assessing skin to determine treatment appropriateness
- Providing expert advice on skincare and recommending appropriate treatments and home care routines
- Engaging clients in meaningful conversations during treatments, focusing on their interests
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to effectively promote and sell spa services and retail items
- Complying with esthetic protocols regarding chemical applications, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
- Valid Washington Esthetician License
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with a successful history of client acquisition
- Exceptional communication skills and commitment to follow-through
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in conducting consultations, promoting services and skincare products, and closing sales
- Hands-on experience with cosmetic lasers, light-based therapies, micro-needling, and/or CoolSculpting
- Aptitude for building client relationships and expanding your client base
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding patient service
- Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, including some evenings
