We are in search of a dedicated and resourceful Sales Recruiter to enhance our recruitment initiatives across the Midwest Division. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top-tier talent within the commercial real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales recruitment process for the Midwest Division offices.
- Design and execute targeted search strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Craft compelling recruitment advertisements utilizing modern marketing techniques, including social media outreach.
- Assess candidate resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to ensure alignment with our hiring standards.
- Research and identify potential candidates to establish direct communication.
- Foster strong relationships with management to serve as a trusted advisor in achieving recruitment goals.
- Represent the firm at career fairs and university events, promoting our brand and maintaining connections with academic leaders in Real Estate and Finance.

Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates, focusing on building long-lasting relationships.
- Update and manage candidate profiles within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Contribute to the company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion objectives through innovative recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales recruitment within a corporate environment is preferred, with agency experience considered an asset.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate investment sales or leasing brokerage is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with a proactive approach to candidate management.
- Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance to a Marcus & Millichap office.
