Job Overview

As a Trade Area Operations/AP Leader, you will be on the front lines of a store like no other. You will lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team, balancing creativity with commerce to execute in-store success. You will contribute and collaborate to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to deliver financial results by leveraging Central Operations, Asset Protection, and in-trade area and in-store leadership partners.
  • Collaborate with General Managers/Store Leadership to execute and drive Central Operations and AP policy, standards, strategies, and workload completion.
  • Address facilities issues in partnership with Macy's DFM and Central, providing a safe environment for customers and associates.
  • Deliver or exceed metrics in primary store and trade area stores.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all Bloomingdale's audit and merchandise security standards.
  • Maintain and adhere to payroll, expense, and capital budgets.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years direct experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Requires periods of walking, standing, communicating, reaching, crouching, and climbing ladders.
