We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to join our team at SF Group - GASP, Better Bodies, and NPC Sweden. As a key member of our Product Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing new products, working closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, tracking, and distributing samples to the team, ensuring that all products meet our quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to test prototypes, pre-production, and final products, gathering and analyzing feedback to refine product designs and features.
  • Conduct garment quality control, including measuring and washing tests, to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Work closely with the team and other stakeholders to ensure all products meet our design and quality standards, participating in team meetings, taking notes during fittings, and offering updates and insights based on your garment quality controls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in apparel product development, design, or production in garment manufacturing, or a related field, including internship experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles/Product Development or a relevant degree.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with measuring samples and entering specs in tech packs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Working knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.
